Yes you can. The number of years as a LE or Skincare Professional has no merit on success with our modalities - outside of confidence. Which comes with performing treatments, achieving results, and producing happy clients. Our curriculum & training will provide you with all the guidance and understanding you need to be successful.
How we're different:

The Bella Microneedle
In terms of how it comes into contact with the skin; absolutely nothing. Micro-channeling is a term used to mitigate the issues surrounding Estheticians being able to perform “micro-needling” treatments and promote a modality as superior. Both modalities create micro-channels in the skin that trigger the wound healing response and allow deeper penetration of serums created to communicate with cells at the dermal level. Some microchannel devices insist it is the gliding technique that causes microtears in the skin when in actuality any device that creates openings in the skin can create those same microtears. When used improperly, there is no way to avoid this. There are many different forms of needling devices on the market, understanding how to properly needle is the most important factor as both devices can cause damage to the skin when not used properly. No device is proven to be safer than others; technician understanding is the determining factor with mitigating risks and achieving results.
Micro-channeling refers using depths that are generally under a .5mm or 3/16th of an inch. Working at a lower depth produces less redness/erythema.
In our opinion corded devices are better, although cordless devices provide more convenience. The chances for battery corrosion, a device not full charging due to forgetting to place on the charger, power outage, improperly inserting charger etc all create variables that can easily be avoided when using a corded device. Ultimately, rpm is what matters the most, corded or cordless are preference based.
Yes, Micro-needling can be the sole modality starting out as long as complimentary backbar and retail items are included to provide a comprehensive treatment and increase revenue.
Anyone who makes the investment in Micro-needling should also make the investment in backbar and retail products at the bare minimum. Although the wound healing response triggered by Micro-needling holds its weight on its own, backbar and daily care products help accelerate the improvements in the skin.
Proper education and guidance helps improve your communication and reasoning skills with clients. In our experience, when Estheticians are not well educated on a subject they have a hard time confidently communicating with clients in a convincing manner. Also make sure that clients understand that a topical numbing cream is applied before this service which makes the treatment very tolerable, with little to no feeling of the treatment. Numbing is recommended at all depths - even when using a shorter depth for the purposes of micro-infusion and/or channeling.
Bella Providers are charging a minimum of $150 per treatment. This is without pairing additional modalities. We suggest offering a comprehensive service and starting at $200 per treatment.
The Bella comes with a standard one year warranty; however this warranty is extended on a yearly basis when clients purchase a minimum number of 8 boxes of tips per year from BeautyEQ after the standard warranty has expired. Devices that are not under warranty have a $200 repair/service charge + the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to us. Please note that the Bella warranty extension only covers the device. If there are issues with your cord after one year of your purchase, you must purchase a new one at $25.
If we have loaner devices available at the time of servicing, we will ship you one to use at no additional charge. You must return the loaner device, prior to sending back your repaired Bella. Loaner devices that are not returned will void your warranty altogether. Customers who do not return loaner devices also will not be able to purchase from our system again.
If you have not met the minimum requirements, we do not cover any of the associated cost with having your device repaired or serviced. The out of pocket cost to have your device repaired is $200 + shipping fees back to us. Additionally you can expect a 14-21 business day turnaround time as we ship the devices directly to our manufacturer for full inspection, testing and repair. This fee is an upfront cost.
Manufacturer defects such as: device slowing down during the treatment, needle head not properly seated in the device or loose. Loose buttons. We do not cover the repair for devices that have incurred damage or misuse due to owner negligence.
