Returns and refund policy

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In the original packaging.

Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

After this period, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened MicroNeedle refill cartridges.
  • Opened Bella MicroNeedle devices.
  • Professional equipment pieces that have been transferred, as this voids the warranty.
  • Sale items are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fee

    All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

    Proof of Purchase

    A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

    Refund Process

    1. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    2. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

    3. Refunds for items that included free shipping will have a $20 shipping fee deducted.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    Exchanges

    • Items will only be replaced if defective or damaged.

    Gifts

    • Refunds for items marked as gifts at purchase will be issued to the original buyer.

    Shipping for Returns

    • Contact us before shipping your return, as returns are processed at a different location.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
    • For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

    Specialized Return Policies for Devices and Consumables

    • Devices and Consumables: Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt if unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
      • Restocking Fee: 10% of the item’s value.
      • Non-Refundable Items: Opened or used items and consumables (e.g., replacement tips) are non-refundable due to hygiene concerns.
      • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

    Approved returns must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.
